The Northern Chancery Bar Association is hosting a joint event with the Chancery Bar Association at the Civil Justice Centre, Manchester on Tuesday 20 October 2015, 6pm-7pm, 1 hour CPD, followed by a drinks reception.
 
Richard Millett QC, and our own Lesley Anderson QC and Hugh Jory QC will be speaking on Valuations and other issues in minority shareholder actions. The event will be chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Mr Justice Norris.

Bomber jackets have followed the path of the denim and biker jackets and become a wardrobe essential. Just 22 percent of spring bomber cheap Moncler jackets had price reductions online, while 30 percent of the online biker and denim jacket offering had been cut. Fashion brand Alexander Wang, which sued the owners of 459 websites believed to be selling counterfeit handbags, footwear and clothing last year, won a $90 million judgement this month in a New York district court. The court froze the websites and transferred their domain names — many of which are believed cheap Moncler sale in China - to the designer. And retailers continue to invest in the trend, with almost 20 percent of the Moncler outlet for sale online in the http://www.monclerjacketsoutletvip.co.uk/ added in the past two weeks.
